GECO provides soil testing, geotechnical investigation, and related consulting services based on agreed contracts and project scopes. All services will be performed according to industry standards and client specifications.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients shall provide accurate project information, site access, and any necessary permits to enable GECO to perform the required services effectively and safely.
3. Service Limitations

GECO's findings and recommendations are based on the specific samples and tests conducted and cannot guarantee conditions beyond those tested.

Soil and site conditions may vary, and GECO disclaims liability for any changes or events not foreseeable at the time of testing.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in the service contract or invoice.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as stated in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality
All data, reports, and information provided by GECO are confidential and intended solely for the use of the client. GECO will not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Liability and Warranty

GECO warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

Liability for any damages arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
7. Force Majeure
GECO is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GECO operates.
9. Amendments
Any modifications or amendments to these terms must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
